The dashboard is the first thing our users see, and we knew it was time for a change. Our goal was simple but ambitious: create a smarter, cleaner, and more personal experience that delivers key information at a glance.
Our Approach: First Principles in Figma
Our design process, driven by our team here in Delhi, started from the ground up. We stripped the old dashboard down to its core functions and asked ourselves, “What does the user truly need to accomplish here?”
Using Figma’s powerful component properties and auto-layout features, we were able to rapidly prototype dozens of variations. This iterative process allowed us to test concepts with users in real-time and make data-driven decisions without slowing down development.

Key Improvements We’re Excited About:
- Dynamic Widgets: Users can now personalize their dashboard with widgets that matter most to them, from recent activity to performance metrics.
- Simplified Navigation: We’ve introduced a cleaner, more intuitive layout that reduces clutter and makes finding key features effortless.
- A Focus on Accessibility: We rebuilt the colour palette and typography for improved contrast and readability, ensuring the dashboard is usable for everyone
What’s Next?
This redesigned dashboard is more than just a visual refresh; it’s a new foundation we can build upon. We are currently in the final stages of developer handoff and are excited to begin rolling it out to users next month.
Stay tuned for more updates!
